What exists in each platform and how a buyer evaluates it.
Proposal
for: Great Factory
A brand-to-market system for Europe's next sustainable home-care manufacturing platform.
The story starts with a sharper role: make Great Factory feel less like a supplier and more like an industrial operating system — one partner, one process, one source of truth for brands ready to launch.

What we understood
The current presence is smaller than the platform Great Factory is building.
Today, Great Factory can look like a detergent-sheet company. From the conversation, Philip's notes, and the Brand Identity document, the real offer is broader: a structured innovation and manufacturing platform for sustainable home-care brands.
That gap is the core problem: before the site can sell, it needs to show how Great Factory removes fragmentation from private-label manufacturing. Buyers need to feel that the suppliers, documents, packaging options, and samples already belong to one organized system.
- a complete product platform: specs, certifications, sustainability data, packaging, and customization paths
- a simpler journey: select platform, explore dossier, request evaluation kit, customize, approve, launch
- a sales journey where the website creates clarity, then the team closes high-trust conversations offline
The creative direction
Engineered simplicity, not decorative manufacturing.
Once the offer is clear, the creative job is not to make it louder. It is to make the operating model feel calm, precise, and easy to navigate: order creates trust, clarity creates confidence, structure creates scalability.
The brand becomes Scandinavian, intelligent, and architectural. It needs enough visual ambition to stand apart in a conservative industry, while making every interaction feel like part of a well-engineered system.
The future state is a manufacturing experience that feels organized before the buyer asks the first question.
- operational excellence through systemization
- product-platform clarity before abstract brand language
- 3D and motion used to explain the system and create demand
Specifications, compliance, sustainability data, process, and quality assurance.
Scandinavian restraint, industrial beauty, and a repeatable product journey.
Recommended scope
The scope turns the brand into a working platform: clear, structured, and ready to scale.
Identity refresh
Sharper visual direction, core brand assets, typography, color, art direction, and usage rules around engineered simplicity.
Platform architecture
Product-platform structure for categories, dossiers, specifications, sustainability data, packaging, samples, and customization paths.
Framer website system
Homepage, reusable product dossier templates, sample/contact flow, credibility sections, and SEO-ready page logic.
3D product storytelling
Key 3D direction and hero/category visuals that make the platform, products, and packaging instantly understandable.
Evaluation kit and samples
Visual system for sample boxes, product sleeves, inserts, and physical touchpoints that support the sales process.
Shopify alignment
Review and align sample, product, checkout, colors, logo usage, and basic customer touchpoints inside Shopify.
2 months post-launch support
After launch, we stay close for two months to monitor the experience, fix small issues, polish details, and keep the system stable.
Framer website + Shopify
From scope to sales tool
Goal:
Build the main marketing website in Framer and make it work as a product-platform interface for buyers who need to understand the full offer fast.
This is where the strategy becomes a calm path from interest to trust.
Framer website:
- homepage with industrial operating-system positioning
- product dossier templates for SEO, AI search, and sales enablement
- packaging, materials, sustainability data, and process roadmap sections
- evaluation kit CTA, contact form, and sales-friendly conversion path
Shopify scope:
Keep Shopify as the checkout layer and make the experience feel connected to the same Great Factory system.
Packaging and 3D
From digital clarity to physical proof
Goal:
Make the offline experience feel as structured as the website. Buyers immediately feel that Great Factory has already organized the complexity.
What we create:
- evaluation kit direction and insert structure
- packaging concept system for key formats and customization paths
- 3D scenes for platform storytelling and product clarity
- visual rules so future products stay consistent
Important assumption:
This first scope includes a focused set of hero/category visuals. A larger cinematic animation package can follow once the core system is approved.
We use Philip's categories and the Brand Identity platform logic as the starting architecture.
Drawer box, sealed box, envelope, doypack, materials, and evaluation kit experience become one visual language.
We create focused product scenes that make the system easier to understand.

Assumptions to confirm
Before production starts, these are the inputs that make the timeline real.
The product platforms, categories, and formats that lead the first website version.
Which trust claims, client logos, EKN references, and compliance points can be used safely.
Who provides technical product details, dossier inputs, proof points, and final copy approval.
Which evaluation kit, sample, product, and checkout pages need visual alignment with the Framer site.
Available product references, packaging dimensions, label files, and desired realism level.
Languages, markets, legal review, and the right boundary for phase two.
Next step
One alignment call, then Great Factory can move from vision into a clear build.
The call confirms the level of ambition, the first platform focus, and the clearest path toward a final presentation-ready version.
